 Where is my keyfile ?
|
If you followed the registration process the key file will be emailed to you.
- Make sure your mailbox is not full.
- Perhaps for secutity reason your mail server has dropped the email from
int13 registration server, contact us directly : support@int13.net

The game cannot start, nothing is displayed. |
- Make sure you have enough memory.
Needed Storage : ~5MB
Needed Memory : ~10MB

The game start : the intro screen is displayed with music, I can scroll
through the options but how do I select them ? |
- The key mapping is different on each PDA. But it's easy to find the right
button, there is only 5 buttons on a PDA.
- A keyboard configuration option will be available with the next patch.

The game starts to load but when it gets halfway on the meter load bar it
stops and kicks itself out of the game. |
- Make sur you have enough memory. (~10MB)
- Install the game on "default directory" (in main memory).
If it works you can copy Crazy Kart to your CF or SD if you wish.

The game run very well, but I cannot finish the race : when T finish the
final lap the game freeze or kicks itself out of the game. |
- That means you have a bad/wrong keyfile, contact us directly to get a valid
keyfile.
- You may also be in possession of a pirated copy, no luck.

I change my PDA, how can I get a new keyfile ? |
- Install crazykart on your new PDA (without any keyfile).
- Note the code_id returned by the game, and send us this code_id by e-mail at :
support@int13.net

Where are the five worlds, and twelve beautiful
handcrafted maps ? Every track other than "River Wild" is locked. |
Easy : you only need to win a race to unlock the next one.
We made the first championship quite simple so you should win it rather easily.

Can I use the same keyfile with others devices ? |
No : The keyfile is unique, one device = one keyfile.
If you try to use the same keyfile on many devices Crazy Kart will not function properly.
If you need one more keyfile please send a mail to crazykart@int13.net.

I've installed the keyfile but the game doesn't see it. |
You probably didn't install the game in the default directory.
The keyfile has to be in the Crazy Kart directory, you just have to copy/paste the file.

I have an Axim and the controls are horrible : Everytime I would make a turn it wouldnt stop turning. Is it normal ? |
No.
There is a little patch by Dell that is in our opinion essential for all axim users.
It fixes the stupid bug where the D-pad would get stuck and you would be constantly turning that way until you pressed it over and over again.
And,clicking down on the D-pad adds a "fifth direction" same as the Ipaq's have.
So maybe downloading this will help with the steering problems.

Yes, we will make it available for everyone to download as soon at possible. |

What about multiplayer support ? |
Not yet, but yes, Crazy Kart will feature multiplayer support.
A free upgrade will be available for registered Crazy Kart users.
We don't have a release date yet.
